People there is NO reason to drive 100 miles per hour in a residential area. I am so irritated and tired of watching the witch up the street and the ass down the street race home. I mean you can't have to pee that bad everyday. If they EVER come close to my kid there WILL be hell to pay!

I know someone that had the same problem.
He then filled a kid's wagon with rocks and waited for the nutjob at the usual time to race down the street. As the residential racer sped along his usual path, the wagon was kicked out into the path of the car to simulate a child in a wagon.
Problem solved.
