figure it out your *fucking* self!!!
You are the one that wanted to switch cell providers. I have no fucking clue how to set up your new voicemail. READ the damn instruction manual like I told you this morning & figure it out your self! And NO, the voicemails you saved on your Nextel line will NOT transfer to your new Cingular number - Dumb Ass!

Dear Elevator Guy
Yes, you are cute in that frat-boy way - with your trendy clothes and your spiked up hair. However, the amount of cologne you had on could anesthetize a moose. Does your girlfriend know you go to work smelling like a $3 gigolo?
Please - Do us all a favor, and Put. Down. The. Polo. Bottle. My nostrils thank you.

Freaking ladies who don't know what the hell they are talking about!!!
I am so ticked! Aspen was supposed to start school this week at the same school she went to last year, Well first of all I put her on the waiting list, then I called a month later and she was on the wrong freaking waiting list, so they told me she could have a spot starting yesterday in the prek because she would be 4 within 2 weeks. So when I went to pay, one lady told us we had already paid, I didn't care if they wanted to pay for us fine... But then she sent us to someone else who told us Aspen cant go there because she misses the cutoff. Ok fine put her in a preschool class then... Yeah sure the only Preschool class she can go into isnt until October and is further away and I don't even think possible for us, I feel bad because Aspen had already gone to orientation at the school, and knew she was going to start this week so she's upset. They knew her bday when we signed up! They asked for it, and they couldn't have figured it out then so she could have a spot in the 3yr old class. Ok so that is a lot of rambling, but I don't think Aspen can go to school until after we move in January.
Thanks for listening

I have no idea what to call this, but
Okay, since we're bitching about people with whom we work, let me get petty.
I work with a woman who once had a tracheotomy, so she has to take lots of deep breaths, especially when she's talking (a little bit like Darth Vader, according to a mean lawyer who doesn't work here anymore). Very sad. This apparently also gives her very bad breath. All sympathy, I am, but it's all completely discounted by one fact: She's a know-it-all and really, really likes to hear herself talk. She's recently started working with the paralegal who works on a lot of our cases, so she's gettin' in my bi'ness, KWIM? Not in a way that I can actually confront her about, just in a way that really bugs me (okay, yes, I'm territorial and like to do things my way--hmm, who's the bitch?).
Anyway, we have aisles all around our "desks" (cubicles really), and there is an express rule about not walking behind the desks, only in front. For some reason, she keeps traipsing behind me this week, and she's just not quiet, you know? And she always has to make some comment that bugs me, nothing obvious, could be as innocuous as "How are you doing?" But I can't stand it. I should just tell her to stop, but I want to keep the peace and, I guess, continue to boil inside.
I feel mean, but What the F*ck.

Tattle-tails
Tattle-tail # 1 - If you have a problem with something I have or haven't done, come to me. Don't email me & cc the department manager. I did not have anything to do with your problem.
Tattle-tail # 2 - if you cannot confirm I have neglected to do something & have not asked if I did it - don't tattle to the dept manager. I already performed the task, I just didn't tell you because you were not directly involved & you are always "drowning in work". I knew you did not need to know. Why are you always drowning? You don't mind your own business & tattle on me for something that I had already done.
Two tattles before 10am. hugh!

Please Stop
Dear women who are not in college anymore,
Please stop dressing as if you were. Really. I mean it. Especially
you with the daisy duke shorts and the camo cami. Yuck.
Traffic Cops
WTF are you doing just watching the traffic instead of directing it?
I'm going to miss Pregame now. Fuckers.

Hmmm, my child or my job???
Okay, so this past week Jacob my oldest got sick at school. They called and said that he would need to be picked up. I go to my supervisor and tell her. She gives me this look, you know the one, and then asks if there is anyone else that could pick him up besides me. Ummm, NO!! My husband is an lineman for Georgia Power - meaning he and his crew take a huge line truck from headquarters and go to a job site...he would have to haul everyone back to headquarters with him. Meanwhile, I'm about 10 minutes from school. I mean come on...I don't lay out of work. Granted we are about to go through a computer conversion. The next 2 months are going to be hell. If he gets sick at school, I'm not sure what I'm going to do. If my husband has to work late, which he does often, and I know I'll be here until God knows when for the next couple of months - who is going to pick up my kids from daycare? I guess it'll work itself out. They'll just have to get over it...my babies come first. Thanks for letting me get this out!
